2.2. Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your AlertMail account password, use the "forgot your password" link on the AlertMail login page. You need to enter some details about your account in order to verify your identity. Once you have properly filled in the Account Password Reset fields, you will be sent an email with your new temporary password. You should follow the instructions in this email to login to AlertMail, and change your temporary password to something of your own personal choice.
If you receive an account password reset message, and did not request a reset, it may indicate that someone was tampering with your account. Please contact us and provide the reset message's information.
