| All of the messages are recorded by a computer not by a human. Sometimes the computer makes a mistake saying a word or the sound of the recording is odd. A computerized system is used since it allows the message to be recorded immediately without waiting for a human. Let the HelpDesk know of any words that don't sound right and the computer software can be updated to fix this. |
